Somehow the app from the company that operates busses is the slowest for navigating by bus. Arrival times are not consistently accurate. Yes, if the app says 1 minute long enough, it will eventually be correct. Sometimes, it can't even do that and will decide that the bus arrived at some point. If the bus for which you are waiting is actually operating, it will probably arrive within a few minutes of the app claiming it has come and gone.

Tha app is not a friendly and intuitive one. The destination selection is terrible. I've selected one destination and the app apparently switched it to another without a notice or any indication of the change. I only learned about it when the driver practically threw me out of the car at the wrong stop. This added another 20 minutes to my route which cancels any reason to use this service and the app.

No app onboarding. Terms of service are non existent. The map shows a highlighted area (around Jerusalem) but it wasn't clear what it meant. Annoying popup on each search telling me nothing of value. Search gets stuck and when it competes without results, there is no empty state or explanations. When stuck on search, the back button is ineffective. Had to force close to try again. Wanted to try TikTak. No explanations. It asked for a CC# before i could even see what I'd be buying!
